Dispersa, a Laval-based company with the mission of decarbonizing the chemicals industry, raises financing of C$3 million composed of C$1.5 million in grants and C$1.5 million in venture capital. This financing contributes to the growth of the company and scale-up of waste-derived bio surfactants that are palm, petroleum-free, non-toxic, and biodegradable.
The financing was led by Invest Nova Scotia and supported by the Circular Economy Fund, Fondaction, Dragonfly Ventures, Good & Well, BoxOne Ventures and grantmakers.
