On January 13, 2023, subsidairies of ASG III, LLC ("ASG"), an affiliate of Alpine Software Group (a portfolio company of Alpine Investors) purchased 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of ThinkLP Inc., and Anderson Oxford Inc. (together, the “Company”). The Company is a provider of loss prevention and safety case, audit, and analytics management software.
ASG is a unique and fast-growing software business that buys and builds market-leading vertical software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. The Company helps organizations of every size transform their Loss Prevention departments with leading cloud-based management software.
Fasken acted for ASG with a team led by John Sabetti which included Florind Polo, Alexis Shamess and Taylor West (Corporate); Mitchell Thaw (Tax); Jackie VanDerMeulen, Allyson Marta and Grace McDonell (Labour, Employment and Benefits); Andrew Nunes and Summer Lewis (Technology and Privacy), and Armand Benitah (Intellectual Property).
