Richter Advisory Group Inc. completes responsibilities as Proposal Trustee in Geox Canada Inc.’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act proceedings

In January 2021, Geox Canada Inc. (“Geox”) filed a proposal with its creditors to restructure its business, which was approved by the requisite majority of creditors following a vote. Richter Advisory Group Inc. (“Richter”), a Canadian independent financial consulting and accounting firm, acted as Proposal Trustee to Geox in connection with Geox’s proposal proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
