With its in-depth understanding of the ins and outs of public administration and subtleties of governmental and paragovernmental negociation, Fasken’s team was able to effectively represent the Government of Quebec’s interests in this matter.
During the 30-day hearing period that spanned 9 months, over 30 witnesses were heard by the Committee with regard to their work for different ministries or government agencies. The vast quantity of evidence produced by the parties had to be rigorously and methodically organized by Fasken’s team.
