Elimetal Inc., a world-renowned supplier of high precision machined parts, completed the sale of all of its issued and outstanding shares to 16150365 Canada Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mecaer America Inc., an international supplier of landing gear system solutions for the helicopter, business aircraft and general aviation markets.
