On February 3, 2025, CanPrev, a leading Canadian provider of vitamins, supplements, and other natural health products, successfully sold its business to Apotex Inc., the largest Canadian-based pharmaceutical company.
By way of this transaction, CanPrev gains a strong ally and champion for the natural health industry. The partnership with Apotex creates significant opportunities for CanPrev to expand its reach and deliver high-quality products to a broader audience. CanPrev will continue to serve consumers through its existing brands and distribution channels while leveraging Apotex's presence in pharmacies and expanding into new professional channels, including naturopathic doctors, health food stores, and grocery retail channels.
