Sher-E Radio successfully obtains relief from forfeiture as against Corus Radio, allowing its legacy cultural radio station to stay on the air

Fasken brought an urgent relief from forfeiture application in the Ontario Court of Justice, resulting in an order granting relief and costs to Sher-E Radio. The application involved numerous experts and other evidence related to the telecommunications industry and licensing arrangements.
