Taylor West maintains a broad corporate/commercial and securities law practice. He advises clients on a wide variety of transactional matters, including corporate reorganizations, share and asset purchases, debt and equity financings, securities offerings and corporate governance including sustainability and ESG disclosure.
Taylor is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and joined the firm as an associate in 2021. He summered and articled with the firm and was seconded to Scotiabank as a summer student. Prior to beginning his career in law, Taylor worked in executive roles in multiple companies in Toronto’s vibrant healthcare start-up ecosystem.
