Xavier Plamondon is an associate within the Real Estate Law Group in Montreal. As part of his practice, Xavier advises and represents clients in matters related to acquisitions and dispositions, financing and leasing of commercial and residential assets.
During his career he has participated in many commercial and corporate transactions involving the real estate, mining, energy, manufacturing and car-sharing sectors. Versatile and efficient, Xavier understands the legal issues that can arise and has the necessary extensive experience to deal with matters involving various industries and sectors.
Prior to joining Fasken, Xavier practised within a national law firm.
