Rasmeet advises companies and the investors that fund them in a wide range of complex business transactions and corporate matters. Focusing on the technology sector, Rasmeet supports her clients on every stage of their business journey, from early-stage formation and seed financings to growth-phase transactions and sophisticated M&A, venture capital financings and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Fasken as an Associate, Rasmeet articled at the Vancouver office of an international business law firm.
