On June 22, 2017, American Dream, a project of the Triple Five Group of Companies, announced that Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan completed the sale of US$ 1.1 billion in tax-exempt bonds for the projects. The proceeds from the sale, along with US$ 1.67 billion construction loan, also granted by JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs, completes the total financing for the project. American Dream will be located in Bergan Country, New Jersey, and will be a state-of-the-art space for entertainment, leisure and shopping. Fasken Martineau acted as Canadian counsel to the Triple Five Group in connection with this matter with a team that included Jon Levin, Laura Fetter, Daniel Batista, Doug H. Scott and Jon Holmstrom.
