In 2020, TD Bank lent over C$150 million to Groupe Maurice for the long-term financing of three retirement residences with rental apartments.
The first project is the Le Félix retirement complex (the “Félix Project”), located in the Vaudreuil-Dorion suburb of Montréal, in the heart of a shopping district with a wide range of services. The Félix Project is a 235-unit retirement residence developed by Groupe Maurice.
The second project is the Residence Caléo retirement complex (the “Caléo Project”) located at the heart of Boucherville’s new commercial hub, which includes recreational activities and other services. The Caléo Project is a 309-unit retirement residence developed by Groupe Maurice. Caléo earned a LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, a first in Canada for a private seniors’ homes.
The third project is the Residence Lilo retirement complex (the “Lilo Project”) located on the island of Île-Perrot. The Lilo residence is an oasis of peace in the city. The Lilo Project is a 309-unit retirement residence developed by Groupe Maurice.
