On November 23, 2021, Wildpack Beverage Inc. (TSX-V: CANS) ("Wildpack"), acquired KT Murray Corporation dba Land and Sea Packaging (“Land and Sea”), for US$37.2 million.
Land and Sea Is a high-volume aluminum can brokering business from Michigan, USA. The acquisition will help Wildpack grow their packaging sales, brokering and supply chain optimization.
We acted on behalf of Wildpack with a team led by Jonathan Conlin (M&A) and included Katie Peardon and Brock Euper (M&A) and Steve Saville, Brandon Deans and Marissa Di Lorenzo (Securities).
