On December 6, 2022, Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. ("Penske Canada"), an Ontario corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. ("Penske"), a Delaware limited partnership, completed its offering of C$275 million aggregate principal amount of 5.44% Senior Notes due December 8, 2025 and guaranteed by Penske.
