ZM Global, a home furnishings retailer, received a loan from First Commercial Bank, guaranteed by its principal (collectively, the “Debtors”). The Debtors defaulted on their obligations under the loan, guarantee and security documents. First Commercial Bank sought, and was granted, the appointment of msi Spergel Inc. as receiver over the property of the Debtors.
