BDC Capital

BDC Capital completed a significant minority investment in The Dissan Group (“Dissan”).

This investment contributes Dissan’s national growth plan through mergers and acquisitions by enabling it to acquire three of its member-distributors: Produits Capital, Sani-Sol and Sanixel. Moreover, by enabling Dissan to expand its support and expertise, this transformative transaction, carried out through its Growth Equity Partners Fund II, also aims to reinforce Dissan’s capabilities and resources.

This collaboration will undoubtedly strengthen Dissan's position as a leader in the distribution of hygiene and professional maintenance solutions in Canada and will contribute significantly to its growth and success as a proud Canadian company.

A Fasken team composed of Carl Bélanger, Guillaume Synnott, Anthony Sylvain, Aurélie Ménard, Dara Jospé, Isabelle Kalar, Florence Gauthier, Brooke Naomi Levy, William Deneault-Rouillard and Émilie Barreca advised BDC Capital on this transaction.
