Overview

Fasken is one of Canada’s largest business law firms with deep expertise in advising on private equity transactions.

Our private equity group is comprised of over 200 lawyers with a range of expertise through every stage of the investment cycle, from fund formation, leveraged buyouts and take-private transactions, co-investments, portfolio add-ons, tuck-ins, and other M&A through to liquidity exits via strategic sale, auction processes or IPO.
