Victoria Zed is an associate in the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions group. She maintains a broad corporate and transactional practice with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance (both debt and equity) and capital markets.
Victoria has significant experience in handling an array of transactions for clients across multiple industries. She routinely assists private and public companies with a variety of transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, private placements and stock exchange listings.
Victoria was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2018. She completed her Master of Laws (LLM) at Osgoode Hall Law School after earning her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Law in London, England. Before attending law school, Victoria obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Saint Francis Xavier University.
A dedicated proponent of the wider legal community, Victoria maintains membership with the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. She actively contributes to the growth of future legal professionals as a board member of the Young Canadians in Finance network.
