Fasken Martineau has successfully defended the interests of the La Chancellerie Bonsecours syndicate of co-ownership during a dispute with 9340-4358 Québec Inc. The team initially obtained provisional interlocutory injunctions and safeguard orders preventing the defendant from operating an erotic spa in breach of the declaration of co-ownership and municipal by-laws. La Chancellerie Bonsecours ultimately obtained a final permanent order prohibiting any erotic spa activity in the commercial premises of the divided co-ownership.
