Overview

Looking to grow, develop and innovate with the “right” team of experts? Looking for creative ways to recruit foreign workers to address your labour shortage? We can help you.

Although there is no “one size fits all” solution to meet your most urgent business needs, our business immigration lawyers will work with you to determine a way to build a measure of predictability and cost-effectiveness into the immigration process.

Our well-versed team works with their diverse group of clients to get the necessary approvals for entry into Canada and the US for frequent business visitors under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) rules, other treaties, and domestic legislation. We also work with clients to complete applications for:

  • temporary resident visas;
  • work permits;
  • Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA);
  • special temporary permits;
  • spousal work permits;
  • study permits for family members; and
  • bulk work permits when clients are organizing large projects that require specialized skills.

Our clients range from multinational and Fortune 500 publicly-traded corporations, medium-sized privately-held companies to smaller sized start-up ventures spanning myriad industries including education, oil and gas, hospitality, biotechnology, engineering, information technology, telecommunications, healthcare, entertainment, food and beverage, retail, and manufacturing. Irrespective of the scope of the engagement, we’ll work cost-effectively, managing the process to be as efficient as possible.
